As the City of Atlanta works to restore its online systems following a recent cyber attack, the city’s Municipal Court has announced an update on available services. Most notably, the city said, customers can now pay for parking tickets in the following ways:

  • In person at the Municipal Court
  • Online at atlplusmobility.com
  • Over the phone by calling 888-266-1360
  • By mail to ATL Plus, P.O. Box 2402, Atlanta GA, 30301 (cash not accepted)

Currently, the court is still unable to accept payment for non-parking ticket related matters.

While the court’s phone lines are now functional, access to customer-facing applications which retrieve customer information is not available.

Additionally, the court’s in-custody calendar is being conducted Monday through Friday and Sunday, while all other court cases are being reset for a later date, according to the city.

All reset notices will be mailed to defendants whose cases were affected during this time period and will be mailed to the address reflected on the ticket. For those whose addresses have changed, change-of-address forms can be completed at the Municipal Court between 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m on Monday through Friday.

The Failure To Appear (FTA) walk-in court will not be held until after city systems are restored, the city said.

After the cyber attack, which caused a shutdown of most of the city’s online services for several days, the city has progressively restored its systems.

“We want to ensure a commitment toward transparency and perseverance during the challenging times of the city-wide cyber attack. We are working around the clock to keep everyone informed about ongoing court services,” Chief Judge Calvin Graves said. “The court is working in conjunction with the city to bring to bare all the technology and resources available to ensure we are able to fully serve all of our clients.”
