Atlanta Police seeking two persons of interest in deadly shooting at the Masquerade
Atlanta Police are looking for two persons of interest related to a fatal shooting at the Masquerade at Underground Atlanta.
The shooting occurred on Sunday, Nov. 12, at a Cousin Stizz show. Atlanta Police said four people were shot, resulting in two deaths. According to police, “The preliminary investigation indicates that the two deceased victims earlier had become rowdy and climbed up onto the stage during the break before the main act appeared. Another patron took issue and an argument ensued. This other patron then drew a pistol and shot the two victims as well as toward the ground, most likely striking the additional victims at this time.”
Atlanta Police provided photos of both persons of interest and a video of one of them.
“We have included a video of one of the persons of interest,” the Police Department said. “He is in the foreground of the video wearing the red plaid shirt and the Mohawk hairstyle. We have also included a still shot of both men together, one wearing a red plaid shirt and the other wearing a dark plaid shirt.”
