Multi-Family Housing Development Slated for Upper Westside

The Vue at the Quarter, another new multi-family development, got the greenlight last Friday. Three new apartment buildings totaling 359,000 square feet will start going up in May of next year, and the project is scheduled for completion in November, 2019.
“Atlanta’s Upper Westside is a growing market with lots of new opportunities,” Scott Hoppa, senior vice president of McShane Construction Company, the Illinois-based developer of the project, said in a statement. “As Atlanta’s projected growth continues to increase, more and more people will be looking for housing solutions like Vue at the Quarter. We are confident that we can deliver a great building and make this project a success for our client.”
The gated community of 271 units will offer amenities including a clubhouse, and outdoor pool, a grilling area, a gym and pet areas, according to development materials. The three-, four- and five-story building complex will span 11.32 acres at 2048 Bolton Drive.
