Boasting fire pit tables, stone seating, water features, and over two-hundred newly planted bushes and trees, New Realm Brewing’s Beer Garden is officially open to the public.
Patrons will be able to stroll into the beer garden from the Beltline’s Eastside Trail and enjoy a full food menu as well as craft beers and mixed drinks while taking in the scenery.
“We are ecstatic to have this final piece of our brewery open for patrons to enjoy,” Carey Falcone, Co-Founder and CEO, said in a statement.
New Realm is located at 550 Summerset Terrace. It joins an eclectic mix of Beltline-adjacent businesses such as Two Urban Licks, Estrella, and the newly opened Bazati Hall, a space containing The Brasserie as well a number of artisan shops.
“It’s a cool vibe around here,” Johnny Knoll, a New Realm bartender told Atlanta Loop. “We’re trying to promote the idea that you can be on the Beltline, walk right up, get yourself a beer, listen to some live music. Bring your dog. Outside is completely dog friendly. We’d love for you to bring them; it gives us something to look at while we’re working.”
Patrons are excited about the addition as well. “We do a first Thursday run. We rotate between the East and Westside Beltline loops,” Jay Holder, a race organizer with Atlanta Track Club, the organization that puts on the Peachtree Road Race, told Loop at the Beer Garden’s grand opening. “I think anything where people can gather and have a safe, good time, and enjoy everything the Beltline has to offer is awesome. I think New Realm has done a really nice job helping to build this community.”
The beer garden adds eighty-five more seats for visitors to enjoy food, drink and entertainment in a casual setting. “There is something special about sitting and enjoying a conversation with a beer and some food along the thriving Beltline,” Falcone said in a statement. “The beer garden completes our vision for the brewery.”
