Permits applications filed for hotel on the Beltline

The developers behind a 140-key, seven story hotel planned for the Atlanta BeltLine have filed permit applications with the city of Atlanta.
The hotel, which the Atlanta Business Chronicle says is a joint venture, will be located at 659 Auburn Avenue near Krog Street Market and will have access to the Beltline’s Eastside Trail.
Records on file with the City of Atlanta show the development will be a boutique hotel with underground parking.
Bisnow, which first reported the news about the developer seeking permits, says the project will have a rooftop bar, two restaurants and a film screening room. To read that story, click here.
The Business Chronicle reports that the developers hope the project will be finished by Labor Day 2017. To read that story, click here.
