Ed Kramer, the co-founder of DragonCon who later became infamous after pleading guilty to child molestation, no longer wants to be labeled a sexually dangerous predator, according to the Daily Report.

The Daily Report says Kramer is asking a judge to remove the label, which would mean he would no longer be required to wear an ankle monitor. Kramer’s attorney says a member of the Sexual Offender Review Board who is also a Gwinnett prosecutor should have recused himself, the Daily Report says.

Kramer is no longer affiliated with Dragon Con, a huge sci fi and fantasy festival that takes place in Atlanta every Labor Day weekend.
