Report: Man files suit over I-85 reconstruction noise

As construction crews race to beat a June 15 deadline to reconstruct a burned out portion of I-85, one man living near the site has filed a lawsuit over the noise created by the project.
According to WABE, Tyler Gaston has sued the Georgia Department of Transportation and says the work has interrupted his sleep.

A section of I-85 at Piedmont Road collapsed after materials stored beneath it caught fire. Police allege Basil Eleby started the fire after a conversation about smoking crack under the interstate. GDOT has also faced questions about why it stored the material beneath the busy road.
