Colony Square in Midtown releases rendering of new space, 5Church rooftop patio opens

Colony Square, the mixed-use property in Midtown Atlanta, unveiled a new rendering of how the space might look after it is finished.
It also announced the property had received a Wired Certified Platinum rating from WiredScore.
“Take a look and let us know what you think,” a Facebook post on the Colony Square’s page invites.
The two office buildings in Colony Square offer tenants seven sources of Type 1 fiber from AT&T, Cogent, Comcast, Level 3, Verizon, XO Communications and Zayo, What Now Atlanta reported.
Colony Square has “state-of-the-art Internet connectivity, infrastructure and capacity to readily support new technology” the article noted.
The development is being “reimagined” by North American Properties, a process that was announced earlier this year.
In addition, the restaurant 5Church in Colony Square has announced they are opening their rooftop patio on Sept. 9.
Rooftop seating will be available every night on a first-come, first-served basis, according to a news release. A special “lite bite” menu will be available on the rooftop, as well as a full beverage menu.
