Art on the BeltLine announces performance schedule

Featuring new and returning artists, Art on the Atlanta BeltLine has announced its performance schedule for October.
The annual event kicked off with the Lantern Parade on September 10 and continues until November. It is the largest temporary public art exhibition in the south.
This year’s music will feature fan-favorites such as Mausiki Scales and the Common Ground Collective, Tray Dahl and the Jugtime Rag Band and Crossover Movement Arts, according to a news release from Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. Participating for the first time are the Throckmorton ukulele group (“You’re Never Alone on the BeltLine”) and Soul Food Cypher with freestyle rap.
Music performances will take place in Gordon White Park and Historic Fourth Ward Park and the interim trails through Reynoldstown and along Piedmont Park.
Temporary art installations are now being exhibited on the Eastside Trail and will remain until the end of the exhibition in November. The exhibition and music are free and open to the public.
