A new Cajun-style seafood restaurant called Bon Ton might be coming to Midtown this fall.
Darren Carr, who formerly owned TOP FLR, told What Now Atlanta he plans to turn the space at 674 Myrtle Street NE into a new restaurant.
Carr filed a permit this week for a commercial alteration of the site. He plans to add seats and booths, paint, and install a new bar top and back, according to the permit filing.
The restaurant will serve traditional New Orleans-style seafood with a Vietnamese twist, What Now Atlanta reported. Carr said he has partnered with Hieu Pham of Crawfish Shack to create his menu.
The restaurant could open late this fall.
