NYT: MailChimp an example of how start a business without venture capital

The well-known Atlanta startup MailChimp was recently featured in a New York Times article on how to start a business without having outside funding or moving to Silicon Valley.
“Under the radar, slowly and steadily, and without ever taking a dime in outside funding or spending more than it earned, MailChimp has been building a behemoth,” the article says.
MailChimp is located in Ponce City Market and employs about 550 people. It was started 16 years ago by Ben Chestnut and Dan Kurzius.
