New restaurant, retail and office space planned for mixed-use development on Howell Mill

The second phase of a mixed-use village along Howell Mill Road is under way and will include new restaurant space, offices, and repositioned retail shops.
No specific businesses have been announced yet for the space at 1952 Howell Mill or several adjacent properties, but developer Healey Weatherholtz Properties has released drawings of the concept on their website. To see the plans, click here.
In the first phrase, the developer partnered with Crescent Communities to build a residential mid-rise.
Future improvements will add additional retail and office space in an intimate, walkable environment, according to their website.
