Suzy Siu’s Baos, steamed bun stall, opens in Krog Street Market

The latest Krog Street Market stall brings steamed buns to Inman Park.
Suzy Siu’s Baos, owned by restaurant partners Michael Lo and George Yu, is now open. It is located next to Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream and directly across from Grand Champion BBQ in the market.
The stall will feature Asian style cuisine from the master minds behind Taiyo Ramen, Mama Tiger and the upcoming Ramen Station, according to a news release.
“We are so happy to be open before the holidays at Krog Street Market. We have been excited to continue our expansion showcasing traditional Asian food to the South, to share dishes we really know and grew up with,” said Lo.
The 420-square-foot stall will have a choice of six steamed buns, five seasonal sides and soft drinks with the option to purchase one of four combos or any item a la carte. Suzy Siu’s Baos will serve their signature Pork Belly Bun along with new additions to the menu including a number of new seafood and vegetarian bun options.
