Paul Stanley of KISS to exhibit artwork, make guest appearance at Phipps Plaza

Paul Stanley, a member of the band KISS who is also an acclaimed artist, is exhibiting a collection of his paintings at the Wentworth Gallery at Phipps Plaza.
Although he is best known as KISS’s frontman, Stanley also has a passion for visual art, even designing the KISS logo and several album covers. According to a release from the gallery, he creates portraits and abstracts that focus on scale, texture, color and simplicity of imagery.
Stanley’s collection of original paintings, mixed media originals, limited edition prints, and hand-painted acrylic sculptures is currently being showcased in Wentworth Gallery locations throughout the country.
Stanley will make an appearance at the gallery at Phipps Plaza Saturday, June 16 from 5 to 8 p.m. The event will be free, but RSVPs are highly suggested and can be made by calling (404)-233-0903.
