A pop-up sushi concept serving small bites and sushi rolls is scheduled to open in Colony Square this fall.
The restaurant – inspired by its sister restaurant O-Ku Atlanta – will offer food in a grab-and-go format, according to an article from What Now Atlanta. The 500-square-foot space will a sushi bar, garden lights and outdoor seating.
Colony Square in Midtown is currently undergoing improvements and changes that include a new design and new restaurants.
O-Ku Atlanta opened in the bustling Westside Ironworks in October 2015 and has become well-known for its premier sushi. It features “rare and unique seafood from the finest fish markets in Tokyo and Hawaii alongside locally sourced ingredients,” according to its website.
