Single lane closure on Wylie Street begins Feb. 5 as final part of Eastside Trail extension

Construction workers remove water and mud along the Atlanta Beltline Eastside Trail extension in Reynoldstown near Kirkwood Ave.
Beginning Feb. 5, Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. contractors will close single lanes on Wylie Street between Krog Street/Estoria Street and the Atlanta BeltLine trail near Flat Shoals Avenue in Cabbagetown and Reynoldstown for repaving, an ABI release says.
ABI recently completed construction of the Eastside Trail’s southern extension through Cabbagetown and Reynoldstown. Part of closing out this work includes the repaving of Wylie Street alongside the new trail, as well as striping of parking and center lanes.
The repaving will take no more than 10 days, and the closures will take place between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., approximately. During the closure period, construction contractors will manage traffic.
