Third suspect in Barcelona Wine Bar murder arrested after arriving at Atlanta airport

Atlanta Police have arrested a third suspect in the Nov. 19 murder of a Barcelona Wine Bar employee.
“Atlanta Police Chief Erika Shields is pleased to announce that Homicide Unit investigators have made a third arrest in the Nov. 19 murder of Chelsea Beller, a manager at the Barcelona Wine Bar in northwest Atlanta,” the Police Department said. “Terry Jones, 19, was taken into custody on Wednesday, Feb. 28 by the APD’s Fugitive Unit. Jones had just landed at Hartsfield- Jackson Atlanta International Airport in the early morning when he was met at the gate by Fugitive Unit investigators and taken into custody. Jones was charged with felony murder and transported to the Fulton County jail. ”
During the Nov. 19 robbery, three men entered the restaurant, tied up employees and forced Beller to open the safe. One of the suspects shot Beller, fatally wounding her.
Police believe other suspects were involved in the robbery that led to Beller’s death. The investigation continues.
