The Atlanta Beltline Community Engagement Team will be holding three public meetings to gain insights from the neighborhoods impacted by Beltline-related projects.
The first meeting, which will be held Thursday, Nov. 29 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at The Villages at Carver Family YMCA will deal with the development along University and Avon Avenues, according to project materials. Beltline officials will reveal initial conceptual layouts based on feedback from last May’s meeting and invites the neighborhood to come discuss the next steps.
The second meeting will provide an update to the subarea 2’s master plan. This is the second of a series of public meetings seeking input from the community on the Subarea 2 Master Plan, which is being updated for the first time since being adopted in 2009, according to project materials. The meeting will be held on Dec. 1 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Atlanta Technical College Dennard Conference Center.
The third meeting, to be held on Dec. 3 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Chosewood Arts Complex, will be the fourth quarterly briefing of 2018, according to project materials. It will include a brief summary of the overall Atlanta Beltline project followed by an update on where various elements of the project stand going into the new year.
