Old Fourth Ward townhome development ready by summer, pricing starts at $1.2 million

Atlanta-based development company Thrive Homes said their Residences at Studioplex townhomes, located in the Old Fourth Ward neighborhood, are under construction and will be ready this summer.
Consisting of 19 four-story townhomes, The Residences at Studioplex has four homes already under contract. The townhome prices start at $1.2 million, according to the company’s website. The townhomes will be adjacent to Krog Street Market.
“From their location in one of Atlanta’s hottest areas directly on the Beltline to the level of interior finish and quality of product used, The Residences at Studioplex will provide the highest level of townhome living possible,” Thrive Homes President Chris Rudd said.
One of the features includes a private balcony facing Atlanta’s Beltline and a rooftop terrace with a fireplace and pivoting glass doors. The townhomes all sit right on the BeltLine’s Eastside Trail. Upon full completion of the BeltLine, residents will have access the full 22-mile trail from their backyard
“It’s literally a front-row seat to everything going on in the city, which I think is one of the best features,” Thrive Homes COO Kirstin Hobday said.
The Residences at Studioplex sit directly above specialized retail and restaurants, including Beetnix Juice Bar, Butter & Cream ice cream, Nina & Rafi pizza, a cocktail bar from 18:21 Bitters and Dancing Dogs Yoga.
